Coal seam affusion prevention of coal and gas outburst disasters has already had a long history. In the past, determined the coal water injection rate is mostly according to field experience, there is little theory research. Research coal seam affusion outburst prevention mechanism, and analyze the influence of water on the physical parameter and coal gas desorption regular,Inspects coal seam affusion outburst prevention measures reasonable moisture,not only has theoretical significance, but also has important practical value.This article firstly inspects coal seam affusion measures simulation the changes of coal physical parameter and gas desorption rule after coal seam affusion.When coal moisture is 6%-8%, K1 and q dropped to below the critical point which is required by control of the coal and gas outburst provisions, to achieve purpose of control of the coal and gas outburst.Established experimental device researching the influence of water injection in coal physical parameter and gas desorption rule. Under the condition of different moisture permeability, coal gas desorption speed and mechanical properties change rule of experiments, get moisture content and compressive strength corresponding equation R= 5.0538e-0.1697w, the moisture content and permeability moisture corresponding equation k = 4.099e-0.3344w,content and gas desorption quantity corresponding equation Q =8.8368e-0.0329w.According to the water injection parameters and conditions to build up the mathematical model, simulation the changes of coal physical parameter and gas desorption rule after coal seam affusion. Analyzes the coal seam affusion outburst prevention mechanism, Obtain the outburst prevention measures the coal seam affusion reasonable water interval 8%. Puts forward coal seam affusion outburst prevention effect of comprehensive evaluation indexψ, get moisture content and index corresponding equationψ= 183.059e-0.537w in reasonable condition coal seam affusion moisture interval outburst prevention effect evaluation index within 2.5.
