According to polymer interpenetrating networks IPN damping mechanism, molecular design for the material of damping materials. This paper respectively, with polyurethane for matrix with homemade modified polyethylene, new waterborne acrylic ester synthesis the damping performance good interpenetrating networks materials.Lead the hard segment of isocyanate into polysiloxane chain to synthesize modified polysiloxane, modified polysiloxane containing the molecules micro-powder isocyanates hard segment and soft section, and polyurethane is by isocyanate hard segment and polyether introduced.soft segment on the structure form, both there exist certain degree of similarity, therefore compatibility improved. Gather the inception and polyurethane prepolymer through physical blending, chemical crosslinking polymerization way chain winding interpenetrating, final preparation into interpenetrating networks damping materials. Using materials testing comprehensive experimental machine (MTS) for different group distribution ratio of the one before the modifying IPN material test damping performance. It turns out that M-PDMS/PU interpenetrating network material holds better damping capacity, with damping factor between 0.2~0.7. When adopt polyethylene glycol Mn is 1500, M-PDMS/PU mass ratio is 60:40, the damping factor peak value is 0.72 material under low frequency (vibration frequency f=1~10 Hz). The observation use scanning electron microscope (SEM) toward microstructure of material shows, the dispersion and dissolvability binding extent, which is degree of interpenetration, exerted a great influence on material's damping property.With methylacrylic acid-hydroxyl ethyl ester (HEMA) as sealing side, adopting the emulsifying agent for seed emulsion, water-borne polyurethane to partly replace relative molecular mass low emulsifier. will the water-borne polyurethane polymerisable emulsifiers as triggered by free radicals, then use to polymer acrylate core-shell emulsion polymerization process water-borne polyurethane acrylates synthesized prepolymerization body, will polyurethane and acry late effectively combined together. In homemade PUA composite latex adding initiator ammonium persulfate, crosslinking agent glycol two acrylate (DEGDA), the average molecular weight by adjusting the mpeg. crosslinking agent to join quantity, made a series of acrylic end, polyurethane (PUA) IPN damping materials and the determination of comparison of its performance. By silane coupling agent KH-570, KH-550 modified silicon sol respectively, test hydration and to observe its stability, particle modified determined KH-550 silicon sol and stability are stronger than size effect of modified KH-570. Then will use KH-550 modified silicon sol and homemade urethane acrylates prepolymerization body to synthesize organic-inorganic hybrid material IPN, and analyzes and discusses the silicon sol and additives on the material's damping performance.
