In recent years, as the eutrophication problem getting worse, a new effective denitrification method needs to be developed. MBBR is a revolutionary new type of biofilm reactor, which based on fluidized bed and biological filter technology. This reactor can let the microoganism maintain longer which give denitrifying bacteria who have long generation time and slow income velocity a good living condition,and make the system's denitrification ability better. This paper studies SND's biological nitrogen mechanism in the aerobic suspension packing moving bed and various factors which affect SND. The reactors which were used in the experiment are made of transparent organic glass. Using light biological ceramisite as biofilm carrier, this experiment studies simultaneous nitrification and denitrification mechanism with the BCMBBR to achieve the low-cost denitrification goal on sewage.High speed discharging was used in this study. When membrane was completely formed, Optimizethe parameters such as, the best filling rate, temperature and HRT to determine the number for 30%,20~30℃and 6h, respectively. Throught the single factor experiment, DO, C/N and pH were taken to find the denitrification efficiency change in the BCMBBR system. The conclusion was that when DO turned out to be 2.5~3.0mg/L, the efficiency of SND got better, the removal rate of NH4+-N,TN was 78.47%,51.3% respectively. When C/N was 7~10 and pH is 7.0~8.0, the efficiency of SND was best. Using orthogonal test investigate influencing factors of SND with BCMBBR system and examine the conclusion.This experiment researched on the denitrification features of single typical period, proved this system had denitrification and SND ability. And it used micro-environmental theory and microbiology theory to explain SND. Trough further study of bio film's biological activity showed that bio film's biological activity is strong in this reaserch. OUR, SOUR is 88.13μgO2/(gceramisite·h),3.0μngO2/(mgVS·h), respectively. Average nitration rate, denitrifying rate can reach 2.21 mg NH4+-N/(gMLSS·h),0.98 mgNO3--N/(gMLSS·h), respectively.Researched on the study of influence factors of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification, the principle of material balance and the SND's kinetics analysis,which proved this model fitted the results of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification in the MBBR compared with the test's results.
