Multi-component Reactions(MCRs) possess the advantages of high efficiency, economy, green and simplicity, which not only represent the highly efficient synthetic strategies for rapid construction of diverse and complex molecules, but also avoid making pollutants. MCRs are considered to be the most closely approach the concept of ideal synthesis. The research and application of this field also demonstrates the value of academic and economic. MCRs have attracted increasing attention in both academic and industrial fields. In the dissertation, we have designed and discovered a novel of highly regioselective three-component reaction via trapping of carbamate ammonium ylide with imine. Our approach relies on Mannich reactions between imine, diazo compound and carbamate ammonium at ambient temperature, which supplies a rapid and the efficient access toα,β-(3-diamino acids derivatives frameworks. The approach has obvious advantages that regioselectivity is very high and yield is moderate to good. What is more, the protecting group of product is readily removed. The product possesses good anticancer activity and bright future of application.Based on the aforementioned research results, we have also designed and implemented a novel three-component reaction based on the trapping of carbamate ylide reaction with carbmate submate. The novel Aldol-type reaction with aldehyde, diazo compound and carbmate ammonium can constructβ-hydroxy-a-amino acids derivatives frameworks in one pot.We have achieved some good results with high yield and regioselectivity.
