In recent years, the harming of oily wastewater to environment animals, plants, and even human life health is more and more big. The oily wastewater of mechanical processing factory as a source of oily wastewater, contans mechanical impurities, Metal clastic, floating oil, dispersing oil, emulsified oil, and dissolve oil, if direct emissions, oily wastewater can cause seriously water and environmental pollution.In this paper, using the method of inorganic ceramic membrane facing oily wastewater treatment of machinery manufacturing factory conduct experiment research, put forward oil separation tank +paper tape filtering + inorganic ceramic membrane as process. After processing of separation tank and paper tape filtering ,the oily wastewater of mechanical processing process achieve inorganic ceramic membrane requirements of incoming liquid. Inspects the operating parameters: the influence of membrane flux with operating pressure, membrane surface velocity, temperature and filtering time; choose the proper operation parameters: operating pressure for 0.36MPa, membrane surface velocity for 4.66m/s, temperature for 60℃; and in the operation parameters, liquid materials of under continuous running 8 h, keeping the stability of membrane flux in 80L·m -2·h-1, liquid materials reached five times more concentrated multiples; effluent: COD is less than 100mg/L, COD removal efficiency is more than 99.1%; oil content is less than 10mg/L, petroleum removal is more than 99.9%, effiuent achieve emissions standards. In this paper, researching the cleaning process of the inorganic ceramic membrane pollution, put forward the cleaning method of using Alkali and mixed the cleaning method for the pollution of inorganic ceramic membrane :adopting concentration for 1.0% and 2.0% NaOH cleaning 120min, cleaning effect is good, the recovery of pure water flux is more than 98%; adopting concentration for 1.0%NaOH and concentration for 1.0% for HNO3 mixed for cleaning, cleaning time 120min, the recovery of pure water flux can be high 100%, cleaning effect is better.
