This paper mainly a xanthan gum fermentation strains were purified screening, identification was carried out to determine the species. Use the mutant strain as the strain of after research, bacteria in the production of xanthan gum were optimized to determine the optimal culture conditions.To determine the type of 3-2B-1, to facilitate subsequent further experimental study, purified 3-2 B-1 were identified. Identification of bacterial strains used 16SrDNA sequence analysis method to identify species. By amplified 3-2 B-1 strain 16srDNA sequence on the NCBI BLAST site homologous comparison,3-2 B-1 strain identified as Xanthomonas campestris.As the original strain's capacity of xanthan gum production is lower, so as to improve its industrial value, in order to purify it in front of the 3-2B-1 as the starting strain, The use of microwave irradiation method for mutation strains. Microwave Mutation screening of the four rubber production rate of 3.0% more than in the mutant strain. The fermentation conditions on the strain growth and yield of xanthan gum has a greater impact. Therefore, select a higher plastic yield, genetic stability of the mutant strain as the experimental strain, to optimize the conditions of its fermentation production of xanthan gum to optimize the conditions.
