As the flame retardant of Tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBPA) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) is good, at this stage in the world, especially in the lake and the coastal provinces of China's rapid economic development area the use of TBBPA and PBDEs will not only be continued, but also be maintained a fairly high growth rate. As a result, the the potential persisten, bioaccumulative and toxic (especially the toxic effects to the aquatic organisms) will bing huge threats to the Lakes, and marine environment or even the health human.Athoug in the early research we found the lever of TBBPA and PBDEs in Chaohu water and sediment was very high,we still lack of sufficient data to prove whether the TBBPA and PBDEs will enrichment in the vivo. Therefore, we Chaohu aquatic organisms (fish) in vivo levels of PBDEs and TBBPA and enrichment conditions were studied. In this study, TBBPA and PBDEs in the understanding of water and sediment in the lake levels and based on the distribution of and carry out aquatic life effects of the two brominated flame retardants and the enrichment level of enrichment research, revealing its rich aquatic food chain Migration mechanism, quantitative characterization of TBBPA toxicity in the ecosystem scale, the depth-based ecological risk assessment and environmental standards to provide data.In this study, SPE-HPLC method was used to analyze the concentration and accumulation factor of tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBPA) in different organs of 5 common economic species of fish in Chaohu. The results showed that, the average concentration of TBBPA was 4.70-11.65 ng/g (dry weight) in 5 species of fish, as Culter alburnus> Silver carp> Bighead carp> Cyprinus carpio> catfish fish, and was observed high in liver, kidney and gills.Except for carp TBBPA was of the highest concentration in the kidney, for 27.39,20.98,13.38 and 11.36ng/g respectively, followed by the liver and gills. The concentrations in fat and muscle were very low. Carp which was really different from the four species of fish gets the highest concentration in liver, which was 11.90 ng/g, followed by kidney and gills. The analytic results of TBBPA concentration in the tissues of Culter alburnus showed that,it would be increasing along with the weight of the fish, especially in liver and kidney, but in the back and the belly did not show notable changes.According to the TBBPA concentration(0.52 mg/L)in the Chaohu detected in the test, the bioaccumulation factors of the 5 species of fish were calculated in the range of 9.03~22.40. Therefore TBBPA is not an organic pollutant which has significant bioaccumulation effect on fishes in Lake Chaohu.Through the determination of PBDEs in fish, we found that different tissues and organs of the average levels of PBDEs BDE-47 in the highest, followed by BDE-99, BDE-100 and BDE- 138, BDE-47 BDE-99 is the average of 5.4 Times between the different species showed no significant difference between PBDEs. PBDEs in four different organs of fish species are quite different in content, gill, liver and kidney levels much higher than the back and abdomen.
