Currently, the academia has been considered that human activities have become the major driver of the global change. As the most direct expression of natural environment change for human activities, land-use affect the atmospheric system directly or indirectly. According to preliminary studies of the international scientific community, human land use activities have already begun to attract increase in type and concentration of aerosol spatial and change of temporal and spatial distribution pattern. The change of aerosol conditions not only directly affect human health, reduce the comfort of living environment and aesthetic value, but also affect the solar radiation, water cycle, etc., and it becomes the important factor of global change. In view of the important role of aerosol conditions in global change, it will play an important foundation role in optimizing land use pattern and reducing air pollution to develop the study on the impact factors of spatial and temporal patterns of aerosol. The research object of this article is Hebei Province, which is located in the area of Bejing,Tianjin and Hebei. Hebei Province is the area with largest land utilization strength in our country and even in the world. The main feature is that artificial vegetation and human-disturbed vegetation are being substituted for natural vegetation and man-made substitute like High-density cities and villages are being substituted for natural landscape. In the role of above-mentioned land use pattern, aerosol situation changed dramatically, the main performance is that aerosol types is increased including the dust aerosols, biomass burning aerosols and industrial aerosols, etc. And aerosol concentrations were significantly increased, respirable particulate matter has become one of the main pollutants of air pollution in the cities of this province. In Hebei Province, aerosol conditions have become the important security of the economic and social sustainable development and improving of living standards. However, only a few cities have carried out limited monitoring on respirable particulate matter at present, we know little about the type, concentration, spatial and temporal change pattern and the causes of aerosol, and we also know little about the impact of land use /cover change on the aerosol conditions.Data sources for this article are MODIS1B data and Site measured data, Scope of the study is Hebei Province and time scale is the full year 2009, the spatial resolution MODIS1B data is 1000km.ENVI4.6.1 as the technology platform, this article uses IDL language to uniformly process MODIS1B data and obtains different surface parameters by different calculation methods, furtherly get the value of aerosol optical thickness, soil humidity and vegetation cover. Arcgis9.3 as the technology platform, using Kriging Interpolation Method , site measured data was interpolation into planar raster data, establish multiple linear regression equations with the aerosol optical thickness as the dependent variable and values of soil moisture, vegetation coverage value, the number of winds days as the independent variable to arrive at a quantitative equation of the study on the impact factors of spatial and temporal patterns of aerosol in Hebei Province. The results show that aerosol optical thickness was negatively correlated with the soil moisture and the vegetation cover, and was positively correlated with the number of winds days. In the annual regression equation, the vegetation coverage is the greatest influence factor on the aerosol optical thickness, followed by soil moisture and the last is the number of windy days. This paper firstly find out the impact law on aerosol of land use by carrying out the quantitative study on the impact factors of spatial and temporal patterns of aerosol in Hebei Province, and provide a theoretical basis for improving global change from the perspective of human land use activities. This paper also fills the gaps in this field in Hebei Province.
