Since the birth of organic light emitting device encapsulation has been one of the important factors to their life and stability, but also a research focus. This papper briefly introduced the structure of organic light-emitting OLED devices, such as light-emitting principle, advantages and some problems and so on. From the back cover of the first type of encapsulation developed to thin film encapsulation, their life and stability are improved, thus people's fantasy about flexible display become a reality. This paper focus on OLED display manufacturing process, encapsulation technology, the substrate clamping and it's deformation and so on, the main contents include the following:First, this paper describes the main packaging technology and methods of now, to carry out the key process technology of OLED and pollution particle detection experiments, besides, combined with experimental analysis and comparison of several inorganic thin film material properties and morphology. Based on this, proposed a new encapsulation method which combining back cover encapsulation of traditional styles and thin film encapsulation, named hybrid encapsulation. Depend on the analysis of the existing OLED flexible thin film encapsulation methods, propose a novel ecapsulation scheme.Second, for large-size OLED production of large glass substrate manufacturing process, large deformation comes out, production efficiency, cost and so on become the outstanding problems, through the theoretical analysis of deformation of the substrate, besides, application ANSYS finite element software, analysis and simulate the deformation of glass substrate, proposed an effective method of thoretical to reduce deformation of the large glass substrate.Third, based on the large-size glass substrate deformation theory and finite element simulation results, design a large glass substrates gripping fixture structure, when it holds the substrate can achieve a small angle rotation, which allows fixture in holding the substrate to turn to a certain small angle, thus changing the boundary conditions of the substrate, this significantly reduce the deformation of glass substrate.
