Compared with other kinds of porous material, mesoporous material has a lot of excellent characteristics. For example: large pore volume; regular arrangement of pore structures; excellent chemical and hydrothermal stability, etc. In recent years, as a novel heterogeneous catalyst, the organic functionalized mesoporous material has received great attention. The traditional homogeneous catalysts have difficulties in product separation and the recycling of catalysts. The organic functionalized mesoporous material can solve this problem very well.In this paper, we have successfully synthesized two organic functionalized catalysts and have done research on their catalytic capabilities on Suzuki coupling reaction. The content is as following:(1)We first synthesized mesoporous material SBA-15, then synthesized organic functionalized catalyst SBA-15- PPh2-PdCl2through post-grafting method. After using SBA-15- PPh2-PdCl2as the catalyst of Suzuki coupling reaction, we found that the catalytic effect of it was good. We recycled the catalyst for many times though the catalytic effect nearly didn't decline.(2)We synthesized PMO -PPh2-PdCl2, a kind of organic functionalized catalyst. Then we use PMO -PPh2-PdCl2 to catalyze Suzuki coupling reaction. The result showed that this catalyst was pretty effective on the coupling reaction under mid condition. Moreover, the number of recycling of this catalyst is 7, but the catalytic effect nearly didn't decline.
