Extraction, Purification And Biological Activity Of Polysaccharide From Purple Sweet Potato

Purple Sweet Potato(PSP) is a new unique type of sweet potato varieties, in addition to the nutritional content of ordinary sweet potato.but also rich in anthocyanins and amylose.The main results and findings of the present thesis were summarized as follows:The extraction technology of polysaccharide from purple sweet potato was researched.Discuss the effect of extraction time.material/water ratio and extraction power on extraction rate.The optimum extraction conditions of PSP were studied by designing orthogonal experiment.The results indicated that the obtained optimum conditions are material/water ratio 1:8. extraction time 60 min, extraction power 240 W.
