In the paper, two kinds of ionic liquids were synthesized and characterized by infrared spectrum. they were used to determine the content of dioctyl phthalate, dinonyl phthalate, naphthaline, anthranone and nitrophenol as the extracting agent of dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction coupled with high performance liquid chromatography. Influence of extraction temperature, extraction time and ionic liquid dosage on the extraction effect was investigated in the experiment, and the optimum extraction conditions were determined. When the concentration was in the range of 1.0μg/L to 10.0μg/L, the linear regression equations of DOP and DNP were Y=0.0514X -0.0085 and Y=0.0404X-0.0163 respectively, the coefficient correlations were 0.9847 and 0.986 separately; The determination of real water sample : the contents of DOP in the lake, the wastewater of the chemical factory and tap water were 1.31μg/L,7.62μg/L and 0.06μg/L respectively, the contents of DNP were 0.08μg/L,1.63μg/L and not be found. The relative standard deviations of DOP and DNP were 3.17% to 4.09% and 4.74% to 5.22%,recoveries were 94.3% to 101% and 96% to 102%. Limits of detective of DOP and DNP were 0.018μg/L and 0.052μg/L. When the concentration was in the range of 1.0 mg/L to 8.0 mg/L, the linear regression equations of naphthaline and anthranone were Y=11.175x+20.27 and Y=3.2994X+9.5526 respectively, the coefficient correlations were 0.9926 and.9832 separately; The relative standard deviations of naphthaline and anthranone were 0.087% and 0.526%. Limits of detective of naphthaline and anthranone were 1.17μg/L and 0.85μg/L. When the concentration was in the range of 1.0 mg/L to 10.0 mg/L, the linear regression equations of p-nitrophenol and o-nitrophenol were Y= 5.4599X+9.039 and Y=6.3079X+14.081 respectively, the coefficient correlations were 0.9819 and 0.9815 separately; The relative standard deviations of p-nitrophenol and o-nitrophenol were 0.069% and 0.147%. Limits of detective of naphthaline and anthranone were 1.56μg/L and 5.72μg/L.
