This paper aims to come up with a kind of non-toxic environmental protection adhesive that with good diaphaneity, high comprehensive strength, nice flexibility, rapid curing speed, and has good adhesive ability with inorganic glass and organic plastic sheet material of two opposite polarity, good using performance, therefore, for this purpose, the erperiment choses uv-curable adhesive as the research direction for the subject, starts with polyurethane acrylates adhesive, studies the synthetic conditions and influential factors of polyurethane acrylates prepolymer, through the experimental analysis, it shows that temperature rise can accelerate the reaction rate, the suitable synthesis temperature of is between70~80℃; Catalyst can quicken the reaction process, its best dosage is around 0.45 wt %; The longer the reaction time, the more completely reaction goes on; By changing compounding ratio of the synthetic raw material, it has synthetized different kinds of prepolymer, such as: aromatic polyether prepolymer, aromatic polyester prepolymer, aliphatic polyether prepolymer, aliphatic polyester prepolymer; by the changing the ratio of -NCO and - OH, it has obtained prepolymer that with different content of soft and hard link segments, it has chosed three different hydroxyl acrylates to end prepolymer and got prepolymer with different molecular chain structure and strength performance, which offers rich prepolymer material for experimental formula.Based on the test of shear strength, 180°peel strength, non- volatile content, thermal analysis of adhesive, etc, and through the comparison of the infrared spectra of the prepolymer and cured prepolymer,it showed that when the content of the prepolyer is 50 ~60wt %, comprehensive performance of the adhesive is the best. Polyester prepolymer is of high hardness,while polyether is soft;when polyethylene glycol (peg) molecular weight increases,the light transmittance reduces, Tg reduces.The shear strength of aromatic prepolymer is higher than aliphatic prepolymer, but after curing its adhesive layer is harder, and itscenghuangse toughness is poorer, with a light yellow, aliphatic prepolymer is of nice flexibility , and good light transmittance, while - NCO / - OH is increasing, viscosity of the prepolymer decreases and its molecular weight distribution becomes narrow, and the shear strength increases, the comparison of the infrared spectra of the prepolymer certificates that synthesis of polyurethane acrylates and curing reaction are both have been completed.Hard monomer is of big brittleness, and has no affinity for plastic,as the content of the soft monomers increasing, the flexibility increases ,the affinity for the plastic rises, and shear strength decreases, dual functional monomer and three functional monomer can significantly improve the shear strength,the advisable dosage of TPGDA is under 2wt%, advisable dosage TMPTA is below 0.5wt%. while the ratio of prepolymer is shows as B3: F3: = 1:3 = B4: F4,it has the best comprehensive strength performance, advisable dosage of plasticizer is between 3 ~ 4wt%; advisable dosage of coupling agent is 4wt%,advisable dosage of crosslinking is 5-6wt%, advisable dosage of viscous is around 12wt% advisable dosage of,nano-silica is 3wt%, advisable dosage of UV1173 is 2.5wt% After roughly defining the role of the various components and their best dosage range, through the design of orthogonal experiment that with four factors and three levels,it has obtained a formula with nice comprehensive performance, the result shows that the main performance of the adhesive are optimized,other performance all meet or exceed the requirements, its flexibility is good, light transmittance is 93.86%, shear strength is 5.36 MPa and 180°peel strength is 64N/cm, curing time is 20s, no volatile content is 95.86%, and its viscosity is 100mpa. s before curing.
