By means of the research of the problems that the reverse emulsion drilling fluid exists, the paper main investigate the drilling fluids treating agent, the interior research and performance evaluation of reverse emulsion drilling fluid has been done. Two sorts emulsifying agent host DQX-1,DQX-2 have been triturated interior. By comparison with others normal emulsifying agent at the moment, the emulsifying agent host DQX-1 has been optimized. The adjuvant RF-3 whose ability is good have been optimized interior. The combination of them is excellent. By means of lots of formula optimization experiment, the reverse emulsion drilling fluid formula is: 40% water +2.0% emulsifying agent DQX-1+2.0%RF-3+2.0% stabilizer +1.0% inhibitor BY +60% diesel oil. Conventional evaluation on performances of the reverse emulsion drilling fluid show that the reverse emulsion drilling fluid has a good stability, and the rheological property is good, low filter loss, temperature resistance can be 200℃. The result of anti-pollution function appreciation experiment that has been done on the reverse emulsion drilling fluid shows that, the reverse emulsion drilling fluid has a good ability to resist betonies,salt,calcium,water,crude oil and natural gas. The system can adapt to the production need. The result of the inhibitive ability evaluation on the reverse emulsion drilling fluid drill and core detriment experimentation show that the system has a good anti-clay-swelling and the system's return permeability is 86.5%, which is good for reservoir protection.
