Heat recovery is an important technology during the developing of oil reservoir developing. At present the main tools used in heat recovery are Stream drive , steam huff and puff and SAGD. These techniques are all in the way that to inject steam into the ground to make a temperature increasing, reducing the viscosity of crude oil so as to improve the recovery rate. As the heat loss occurring, so there are some differences between the steam in the inlet and bottomhole, so the temperature, pressure and dryness will change .The condition metioned above make a effect to the drive of the crude oil ,so to research the heat loss of the wellbore have an significant meaning .Heat loss of the wellbore is a important discussion during the development of the heavy oil reservoir. Now, althought there are lots of achievements with their superiority, for the limit of the environment, still limit somewhat. This paper applied heat transfer science and hydrodynamic science, researched the judge of the flow pattern and the water holdup at different pattern, based on the previous. List the friction fraction between the wellbore and single-phase and multi-phase , Construct the heat equation between the wellbore and earth, show the method how to solve them. Construct the momentum equation and power equilibrium equation to get the profile of dyness,pressure and temperature. Analyze the effect of the chanes of the parameter of the injection condition to the profile of the dyness,temperature and pressue. Enhanse the resistance of the earth ,did a new method to solve the resistance . Enhanse the equation to get a more real value of dyness.
