| Ni-base super alloy with the best overall performance and most widely used in the existing high-temperature alloys, Thus most of their research done, Nickel-base superalloy is widely used in aero-engine turbine blade and vane materials. This inextricably linked with the excellent mechanical properties inseparable of the alloy. Ni-base superalloys mainly through solid solution strengthening andγ' precipitation strengthening to achieve these excellent mechanical properties. The dynamic rules of solution and aging with GH199 alloy were studied by using optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. As increasing of the solution time, GH199 alloy Brinell hardness gradually decreased, and the lower the solution temperature, the higher the hardness to reach the stable value. The carbides mainly contain M6C, and some of the MC and M23C6 carbides, the M6C gradually dissolved and coarsened with increasing of the solution temperature and time. The alloy hardness increased with increasing of the aging time when GH199 alloy aging at 650-800℃. In early aging, the hardness increased rapidly after the peak gradually decreased when alloy aging at 850-1000℃, and the higher the aging temperature, the smaller the peak stress can be achieved. GH199 alloy precipitated Ni3(Ti, Al)-typeγ'phase, andγ'phase will gradually grow up with increasing of aging temperature or aging time. |
