As the research external influences the PV type cyclone separator, the influence of separation properties. This paper selects a diameter of the diffuser type 400mm PV type cyclone separator, in the performance under atmospheric experimental research. Experiment with powder for talcum powder and catalyst B, median size 14.38μm,8.668μm,scope of entrance concentration m, for 0.5 g/m~3 ~ 5 g/m~3. Through measuring different inlet flow, concentration, powder next cyclone separator separation efficiency and pressure drop, it is concluded that the separation efficiency cyclone separator by external factors, and the regularities of the influence of cyclone separator is the internal flow field are illustrated. The results show that with the entrance flow separation efficiency and concentration increases with increase but the separation efficiency has a great value, when separation efficiency reached maximum, will no longer with the entrance and the increase of flow increases; Separation efficiency also with material size and density, size and density on the separation efficiency of the material, the better; Cyclone separator as the pressure drop and the increase of inlet flow has been increasing, entrance changes in the flow of drag coefficient little impact. Cyclone separator vent and discharging dust in the mouth, it is apt to cause the turbulence of the escape, granular separation disadvantage. Above conclusions for the new spin fraction three spin the research with cyclone separator and improvement provides reference.
