The oil drilled out from Liaoheoil Field is mainly viscous oil, which is hard to transport for its stickiness, high density andless fluid. All these factors restrict the transportation of the vicsous oil a great deal. Thispaper is based on the research of rheological effect and the safety margin of Super ViscousOil transportation, define an economic, reasonable, safe and suitable transportationtechnique according to the features of heavy crude oil and the existing transport techniquein Liaohe oil field.This research start with the analysis of the rheological effect on transportation, branchesseparately on the features, constituent, ties of matter, fluidness, the direction change andthe safety margin of heavy crude oil.Then follows the analysis on the current conditions and specialties of the Teshipetroleum pipe line in Liaohe oil field. Set up proposals on how to transport more oil withPipephase to calculate relevant water power and heat in order to define a proper increasedamount transportation. |
