Along with domestic automobile industry development and human consumption level growth, aotomobile goes into people's family rapidly. Followed with the development of the automobile industry, the process and manufacture technology, especially the autobody panel manufacture requirment improve gradually.The Tailor Welded Blanks(TWB) stamping, as one of the key technology in lightweight develoment trend, is more and more concerned and valued. People could utilize this techlology to break through the limitation of the steel rolling equipment for the superwide panel, incrase the utilization rate of the material, and design the aotobody structure strength reasonably.However, this technology is a combination of weld and stamping, two kind of process methods. The welding joint performance is different from the TWB. It may brings welding joint movement and formability performance decline during stamping. In addition, duo to the influence of the welding residual stress and the diffrence TWB material plastic deformation, the more requirements are put forward in stamping and forming analysis.In this subject, the professional welding simulation software SYSWELD is used to make analysis to the laser TWB, the datas of temperature and stress field around welding joint in different tailored welding requirements are obtained. the temperature chart is drew at2.5s,8s,13s,16s,46s,500s, etc. We could obtain the stress and strain curve and residual stress curve, as well as the metallographic strcture distribution chart in weld area. Then theσsigma22σmean stress and other stress and strain values along the welding joint and cross the joint directions by simulations.Meanwhile, in the elastic-plastic bent deformation experiment, we test the steel panel weld with high stress and low stress material. We find that under plastic deformation, the anti- elastic-plastic bent deformation performance of test-piece is the lowest at welding joint, and the crack firstly emerges at the joint of the two kind of materials. It proves that the welding joint is the weakest part under elastic-plastic bent deformation, we should enhance reasearch and analysis to the welding joint, and make prepared for the stamping analysis.Adopting the DYNAFORM stamping software, under different welding joint design, we make numerical simulation stamping and forming simulation to the S bridge U shape test-piece. By means of optimizing blank holder force values, the brake bead distribution, the welding joint allocation, fillet values, friction factors and other parameters, we obtain the stress and strain influence at the two sides of the welding joint after stamping and forming.By comparative analysis, the dangerous point and area of the welding residual stress and the stamping deformation stress at the welding joint could be found out, as well as the inherent logical relationship between the welding joint movement and the stress and strain. It could be as one of the evidence of welding joint optimizing design. We could optimize by judging the welding joint movement values through material boundary movement values, and adjusting kinds of stamping parameters.Because of the constant futher development of the current artificial intelligence and data mining, the reasearch of intelligence stamping equipment is more and more stressed and becomes the hot spot. Using the datas got from the simulation of SVM (support vector machine) in the artificial neural network, we practice and start the model, choose the classic factors in welding joint movement, model and analyze, global optimize. We could make rapid forecast to TWB welding joint movement by modeling under process parameters, and make the result used in actual tailor welding design in some inner plate of the car doors. It saves work and calculating time, improves accuracy of the simulation and analysis, provides new thought and analysis method in TWB welding joint movement control.
