With the deepening development of oil field, the production decline intensified year by year, water cut increased very significantly, due to interlayer heterogeneity, partial injection-production imperfection and inter-well detention in the most oil-field developments, there were still the massive residual oil and remaining oil surviving in the oil layer after the water flooding, so how to find a more effective method for further redevelopment of this part of the residual oil or remaining oil was the problem that needed to be resolved in oilfield.Xing eighty-nine area had experienced one, two, three well pattern thickening adjustment stage, entered the Ultra-high Water cut development stage. According to the characteristic of well pattern deployment and the evolutionary trend of well pattern in Xing eight-nine area, this article analyzed the reservoir producing state earnestly, determined the remaining oil enriched zone, water flooding was firstly carried out to exploit the remaining oil by the high effective well technology, then wells used in EOR were exploited, in order to achieve the purpose of less well efficient development. The high effective well technology had obtained the widespread application in the Daqing oil field, and had made the better development progress.This article researched distribution rules of remaining oil, optimization layer combination of high effective well and casing perforation type, improvement injection-production system of high effective well and prophase using of EOR well pattern on the effects of anaphase injecting polymer through the reservoir numerical simulation method. Results showed that the final recovery efficiency of prophase using of high effective well + EOR was 57.43 percent, higher 0.11 percent than that without prophase using of high effective well and recoverable reserves increased by 1.3×104 tons; different injection-production adjustment programs of high effective well had little effect on EOR, and re-shooting opportunity of ultra-high Water cut layers had certain effect on EOR. So prophase using of high effective well was correct and valuable, provided certain value of the technology reference for further research of high effective well in oil field and later field application.
