It has come into the development stage of the high water cut in Pu-bei oilfield, interformational and intraformational aeolotropism becomes very serious, heterogeneous appearance of waterflooding exploitation is severe, the structure is complex owing to the faults in Pu-bei oilfield, the distribution of remaining oil is complicate and scattered , which is affected through-going characteristic of sand body, the residual oil in place is a huge potence for increasing recoverable reserves and enhancing oil recovery. Therefore, we have to analyze the potential of remaining oil, to comprehend and master the distribution and potential method of remaining oil. At present, tapping the latent power is in concentration area of remainder oil saturation, by applying commensurable measure and deploying adjustment well. As a result, it is an active method of tapping the latent power remaining oil that looking for high efficient wells in concentration area of remainder oil saturation, and it is significant for steady production of Pu-bei oilfield.By applying oil/gas field development geostatistic analysis, we analyze geologic characteristic of high efficient well, the key geologic factors of affecting high efficient well are structural location, microtectonics, microfacies, effective thickness and so on. Two methods of determining oil well control reserve are proposed by using the relationship relative permeability and productivity index and stable state flow equation. By applying modern reservoir engineering method, we analyze development characteristic of high efficient well, the key project factors of affecting high efficient well are well network, water flooding regime, measure and so on.Based on the results of research of geologic characteristic and development characteristic, and applying reservoir filtration theory and uniting flowline integration method and cell analytic approach, the model of infiltrating fluid for different areal pattern and deposit microfacies is established. In this paper, through making use of all sorts of reservoir parameters and operational parameters which are applied, and adopting the method of comprehensive evaluation, the genetic model of high efficient wells is established, potential method of different types of remaining oil. It provides technique and theory support for using high efficient well to tap the latent power different types of remaining oil.
