Fracturing is the major stimulation treatment in low permeable oilfield, it plays a crucial role in Xin Li oilfield. But after many years'exploitation, oil in old crack area almost entirely produced. In order to obtain extra oil, people should do refracturing treatment. As a result, research on re-fracture Reorientation especially on initiation and propagation laws of the fractures rules is very important. For guiding refracturing construction, enhance their craft feasibility and economical feasibility, improve the low permeability reservoir development level, the re-fracture reorientation research has profound significance.This paper starting from the ground stress, analyses the major influence element of ground stress in fracturing well. The ground stress mathematical model and Primary artificial fracture stress field model and injection-production stress field model were built in this paper. Thus determine the stress distribution before refracturing. The paper established initiation and propagation mechanism of fractures model. Using irregular fracture simulation technique, the paper predict the direction and degree of fracture.
