Toys as the easiest model when children get to know the world, it will be helpful not only for children to learn the world and science, but also for them to cultivate the creativity, inspire the curiosity and the eagerness to learn if we combine correctly the toys and education. The scientific toy is the one with science principles applied. When it is played, science theory also get works, and get shown as playing, explaining the science principle and essence. There are two different kind of scientific toys as one kind is knowledge toy while the other is known as intelligence toy.This article gives analysis and investigations from the points of scientific principle and principle showing, and introduces how to design intelligence toys from the point of intelligence inspiration.As the connecting bridge of"Children"and"Education", the toys must have the property of"Playing","Respecting Humanization"and"exploring objectiveness", and then it could be helpful in children study. The education function of scientific toys gets shown in two aspects: the basic playing function and the upper education function. Basing on the basic function of toys, this article gives an analysis on scientific toys designing from the points of toys fun, interest, safety and inspiration on children intelligence. Basing on the educational function of toys, this article gives a research from the 5 points of toys'flexibility, challenging, creativity inspiration, motivation and co-operation.In this article, some designing methods which combine industry designing are given to help in the designing of new educational toys. This article also gives a new idea and possible breakthrough point for the toys'industry.
