With the computer technology widely used in the field of mechanical manufacturing, precision and ultra-precision processing technology has developed greatly, and also make work-piece machining precision of the demand is higher and higher.The precision machining of precision is mainly relied on measurement accuracy, thus the measurement of work-piece need higher request. The measure of cylindricity need measuring benchmark, normally benchmark error is small enough and can be ignored.However, to super precision measurement the precision of benchmark error and work-piece shape error is at the same magnitude, so the benchmark error cannot be ignored. For the shape error, the high-precision cylindricity measuring system is designed based error separation techniqueThe main research work of topics include analysing the existing cylindricity measurement principle and technology, discussing the improvement of the cylindricity measuring system, researching error separation technique and its application of the cylindricity measuring system.First of all, the basic principle of error separation technique research and the present situation is introduced in this paper,the basic methods of extracting cylindricity error from mixed signal is analysised.Secondly,the overall design scheme of data acquisition board is provided, software and hardware is designed corresponding collection system, the system realized the original signal sampling, A/D conversion, filtering and storage;write serial communication program between data acquisition boards and PC. Finally, the cylindricity error data processing is programed, shape error is separated from the other mixed error signal using the algorithm,the separated data is evaluated, and the 3D mode of cylinder original shape is reconstructed.with the OpenGL library function.Through the experiment, the feasibility,correctness and accuracy of measuring system are obtained, the system can meet the rapidly finish error data acquisition, separation, reconstruction and evaluation, cylindrical 3D graphics visual also can be realized. This system improve the measuring accuracy of the cylindricity for improving the precision of measurement instrument research provides a convenient.
