With the increasingly close relations between the technology and production, a variety of new processing concepts are constantly permeate all areas of machining, resource waste and environmental pollution has also become issues of great concern people,currently, machining industry is moving in the direction of saving energy, environmental protection and high-efficiency. Grinding as an important processing method, its unique way of processing can make the surface reach a higher quality, so often used in semi-finishing and finishing. With the development of technology, high-speed grinding and grinding of ultra-precision machining become the development trend, therefore requires accompanying by a more scientific cooling systems to reduce the phenomenon of thermal burns and cracks, so as to achieve a higher grinding quality.At present, the grinding area is mainly used for casting cooling, in a few cases of dry grinding; with the two methods are inevitable shortcomings. Casting cooling method is not only a waste of resources and pollution of the environment, and only a very small part of the grinding fluid into the grinding zone, the cooling effect can not be fully exert. Dry grinding is the does not use any coolant processing method which can easily result in processing of surface thermal burns, serious impact on the integrity of the workpiece surface, so the narrow range of applications. In this case, MQL cooling method came into being, a small amount of grinding fluid and high pressure gas mixture, in the form of aerosol spray to the grinding zone, so that the grinding fluid can fully absorption of grinding zone heat, not only will not produce pollution and will not waste resources in order to become attached great importance to the field of a grinding cooling. In this paper, I through the three parts of a study on high-speed grinding with MQL cooling methods theory.First, I conducted a theoretical analysis .Through the study concluded at home and abroad on high-speed grinding with MQL cooling methods theory, analysis of grinding theory and the characteristics of the cooling method, which discusses the use of high-speed grinding MQL cooling method.Then I carried out a large number of in-depth experimental researches. Include the experiments on MQL feasibility analysis, the processing quality of the orthogonal experimental method, the high speed grinding process of MQL three parts. Through experimental design, scientific measurements, the grinding heat, grinding force, work hardening level, surface roughness, morphology and other aspects of a comprehensive and detailed analysis, demonstrated three main MQL cooling methods High-speed grinding parameters on the significant issues affecting.Finally, I conducted a simulation analysis,according to theory summed up in the process of MQL high-speed grinding thermal mathematical model, a grinding of hot models and experimental design was validated.
