The Corrosion monitoring and detecting of metal construction under marine environment is an effective method to avoid corrosion harmfulness and guarantee safety production. As a foundation of site test, the laboratory simulation sea corrosion environment is a simulation of the sea corrosion environment and the application of different sensors to monitor and detect metal construction under marine environment have an important significance.The simulated sea metal construction test device is established in the laboratory and this device can simulate many kinds of sea corrosion environment such as the splash zone, the tide zone as well as full immersion zone and so on. The simulation corrosion test fixture has A, B, C three different surface treatment parts. Three kinds of corrosion electrochemistry sensors (partial enclosed type, the eyelet current limiting and the open-type) are used to measure different parts of the test fixture and detect the anticorrosion properties of different parts and then the corrosion electrochemistry sensors are determined. The results showed that the C part which painted with good coatings showed the best anti-corrosion properties and it is stable after immersed in water for a long time; the B part which painted with varnish is bot very good after immersed in water for a long time and it began to detach; the A part which painted with nothing showed the worst anticorrosion properties and rusts were seen on the surface and the polarization resistance decreases and then increases.Foam splash corrosion electrochemical sensor is designed; As Absorbent materials in the front of the sensor, sponges and filter paper test results were checked and the results showed that Absorbent of the filter paper was uniform and it can be used to collect spray splash. The sensor was used to study the electrochemical noise characteristics of each part of the simulated test device; Rn values were compared and analyzed. The result showed the anticorrosion property of B part is better than A part.
