Urban landscape water plays a role of visiting, entertainment, regulating climate etc. because of the economic and population of the large and medium cities. However, degeneration of the landscape water may lead to negative effect on the inhabitants. The phenomenon of algae outbreak, pellucidity decline, water darken and stunk, will not only influence the beautiful of landscape water, but lead to waste of water resources and break the ecological environment. In this paper, taking two landscape lakes in one eco-town (HM town) in Huabei as research object, in accordance with the flux and position of inflow and outflow of the lakes, the Computational Fluid Dynamics is used to model the flow field of the lakes. It is prone to appear whirlpool and stagnation zone as a result of small inflow of the lakes. And because the water velocity is so slow that the contamination is difficult to dilute and diffuse and the water quality of the lakes is worsen.According to geographical data, evaporation data, we analyse the pollution sources of the lakes, including rainfall pollution, tourism pollution, artificial fill water pollution and sediment pollution. The main unconventional water resource is the fill water from the artificial wetland. Then we simulate the aquatic ecosystems of the lakes, by the analytical tools of AQUATOX model, which combines hydrodynamic model, water quality model, and ecological model, with more complete c representation and more realistic simulation competence, studied the eutrophic and aquatic ecological process, explicited the relation among the compartment of the two lakes ecosystem and each driving factor.According to the modeling results of the hydraulic flow, water quality and ecosystem, we analysed the main problems of the landscape water and choose the suitable improvement technologies for the landscape water. Firstly, according to control the hydraulic condition, we modeled the hydraulic improvement of the whirlpool prone areas under different water fill locations, and then choose the optimal location to supply water to ameliorate the hydraulic condition of the landscape water. Secondly, by using ecological restoration, we modeled the improvement of the lake eutrophication. The conclusion by modeling is that cultivating aquatic plants and fishes, can play a role of declining eutrophication, and control algal in some degree so as to decline the ecological risk of eutrophication.
