The paper explores the process of bimetal composite bend pipe manufactured by LFC in a common manufacture condition, emphatically studies the casting process of making the bimetal metallurgical fusion.According to the structure attributes of bend pipe and physical feature of the used materials, a basic line of the bimetal lost foam casting process has been draw up.Under a common manufacture condition, some important parameters of casting process are confirmed for the bimetal composite bend pipe. By experiments, the skills are summarized for preparing wear-resistant pattern casting, composite bend pipe foam, painting coating and assembling pouring system.Founding out the cause of the master defects of composite bend pipe casting, the methods to improve the quality of pipe casting are gained by experiments.Scanning by electron microscopy, the mechanical properties of the pipe are verified.
