In recent years, China's oil production has constantly increased, at the same time, generated a lot of oil wastewater, if these wastewater discharged without treatment, would not only caused serious pollution to the environment, but also wasting a lot of valuable water resources. So if we treat these waste water in an appropriate way and reinject into oil fields, this will be important to the sustainable development in oil fields. Because the quality index for reinjected water is high, so how to treat these oil waste water is a hard and emergency study in the field of wastewater treatment.Focusing on the wastewater's characters and the quality index for reinjected water, this study, of which in order to develop a reasonable and economic process route, had carry out in two aspects: tilted plate oil interceptor treatment and coagulation sedimentation treatment.Tilted plate oil interceptor is mainly using physical methods to remove oil contaminants, through this way, it can reduce the processing load and cost of the follow-up processing unit. Tilted plate oil interceptor has many advantages; such as short processing time, high processing efficiency, short retention time and low-cost., moreover, and the isolated oil can be recover. This study firstly established the main influencing factors in tilted plate oil interceptor system to design orthogonal experiments. Through examine various factors impact the size of the experiments, the optimized running parameters were confirmed. Experimental result indicated that inclined plate distance is the greatest impact on the oil removal efficiency, inclined plate obliquity is the minimized impact on the oil removal efficiency. And the optimum factor is: the inclined plate obliquity is 45°, the inclined plate distance is 15mm, the processing time is 60min, in these conditions, the tilted plate oil interceptor reached the maximum efficiency.Coagulation sedimentation treatment is through the adding of coagulants for wastewater treatment, the structure of emulsified oil's stability will be undermined, so that smaller droplets gather into large droplets and the oil will be removed. This is a mature technology, and there are many coagulants can choose. Coagulation sedimentation treatment is simple and easy to operate, so this method is widely used. This study selected four kinds of coagulants in the experiment of wastewater treatment, analyze the experimental data show that deal with a certain amount of waste water, the dosage of polyacrylamide is 18mg/L, PAC is 150mg/L, and ferric sulfate is 1500mg/L, at the same time, when pH=8, PAC can achieve a better effect, so it has a considerable advantage. Overall comparison, PAC is an excellent water treatment chemical.Finally,this study discussed the theory calculation method of oil removal rate, through this discussion we know if we want increase the oil removal rate, we can increase the length of the board and the density difference of the oil and water, or we can reduce the water flow and the inclined distance. Compared the theoretical value and the measured value, we found large difference, so this study tried to put forward the theoretical calculation formula for correction.
