Electrical spark deposition welding technology as one of a surface treatment technology, with its low power consumption, saving materials and other advantages have been widely used in mold repair and the key components to strengthen and so on. With the promotion of its application, it has been extensively studied at home and abroad, as the core technology of electrical discharge pulse power deposited in one of the ways to improve the deposition efficiency, but the traditional spark deposition is low power efficiency and the operator work load is too large. Thus, through the power research to improve the efficiency of deposition and repairing has important practical value and application prospect.This paper improves the lack of traditional power in application, through the power research to enhance the parameters adjustment and the practical range in power. Through the mechanism of electrical in gas discharge during the deposition, the influence of the parameters in efficiency to propose the design of new deposition power, the control circuit is triggered by the power structure of main circuit. This paper is researching the power in the main circuit power supply including AC voltage regulator, rectifier filter, charge and discharge circuit, sports electrode module. Power supply control circuit includes NE555 circuit, ADuC812 microcontroller core driver circuit; the main circuit for fast storage and discharge the functions, the control circuit parameters of the adjustment in the main circuit and pulse triggering the main circuit by the control circuit to complete charge deposition process to achieve high pulse trigger. While the power circuit designing is completed testing the process. According the waveform analysis, working process and experiment improving spark deposition mechanism, power supply parameters on the deposition efficiency and so on, the last step of the power supply research get the basis of further improve the program. Through commission and process test, it is proved that this design about the power improves the performance parameters and achieve a high precision, high-performance design. Technology test shows that working status of the project and the power working efficiency has greatly improved, as well as make the spark deposition welding power, laid the foundation for further research.
