Liuchu oilfield is the main sandstone reservoir of Huabei Oilfield in Raoyang region. It is the severe oil reservoir in heterogeneity of physical property. Chu 29,Chu 40 fault block and Chu 102 fault block are the main blocks of Liuchu oilfield. Since the integrated body of Chu 29,Chu 40 fault block is in the phase of high water-cut exploration, the flooding degree of main floor is expanding, so it is quite difficult to start the non-active layer. After years of efforts which are made on injection-production pattern and adjustments on profile control and potential tapping of individual well, the development results continue to be improved. But since the current distribution of remaining oil is more fragmented and complex, the difficulty of routine adjustment is more and more difficult. Since Chu 102 was fully put into water flooding and exploration, oil reservoir exposed the contradiction of rapid increases in water contents. After the early profile control was completed, it played a certain role in stabilizing production. But after failure occurred in profile control, the water contents in oil reservoir increased and production decline was relatively large.This paper first makes investigations on the general situation of research area and characteristics of water flooding developments in early period. It conducts analysis on remaining oil potentiality of three fault blocks according to the individual layer of reservoir engineering, mining and split method and numerical simulation these three methods. Then it conducts adaptive evaluation on a variety of polymers, crosslinking system and surfactant, through laboratory experiment it makes optimized selection of gel system and surfactant system which are suitable for Liuchu fault blocks. It also recommends the optimum injection method which provides basis for the three exploration programs of Liuchu oil reservoir. It also regards the oil development situation, connectivity, degree of water flooding control and conflicts injection in injection and exploration as parameters to conduct the screening for the injection group for water flooding program at this time. Finally, it makes prediction and research on water storage rate and daily oil production volumes which are achieved under different injection methods, system concentration and injection volume of gel system and selected surfactant system according to the numerical simulation methods. It makes optimized scheme selection. Ultimately it determines the best solution for this deep profile control and oil displacement according to technical and economic evaluation manners.There will be 27.6×10~4m~3 profile control agent to inject in this program,that is expected to increase oil 12.1×10~4t, 1.87% -2.80% increase recovery.
