During the development process of gas condentate reservoir, phase state alter complicatedly.When bottom-hole pressure is lower than ew point pressure, the usual abnormal condensate phenomenon will happen in heavy hydrocarbon,as a result, fluid composition changes,and condensate oil separates from gas phase. As the complexity of nature of condentate reservoir, the Productivity prediction of gas well is different, in addition to considering the reservoir geologic conditions, we must combine the production conditions and the gas flow patterns etc. to carry on the study of productivity prediction theory.On the base of studying the phase state analysis and mechanism of productivity production of domestic and foreign gas condentate reservoir, the different affecting factors of productivity and mechanism of filtering flow of gas condentate reservoir have been cleared. First, the productivity prediction model of gas condentate reservoir has been established by analyzing the characteristic of filtering flow, considering one zone seepage ,two zone seepageand three zone seepage of condensate well flow performance model, the influence rule of skin factor and defining the concept of pseudopressure. The influence rule of skin factor, time and so on has been studied. Then, the transient flowing model of two phase flow both gas and condensate has been established, the new characteristics of oil/gas relative permeability variation and condensate saturation are discovered under high velocity flow.
