In this paper, the basic physical property and rheological property including pour point, viscosity, viscoelasticity and yield stress of Nanyang crude oil are studied. DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimeter) and property of dissolving out wax are also studied. We conclude that Nanyang crude oil is high wax high pour point high viscosity and is complicated on composition .According to the basic physical property of Nanyang crude oil, the experiment chooses seven kinds of EVA pour point depressant including EVA2806, EVA2815, EVA2820, EVA2825, EVA28150, EVA28420 and EVA19400 (concentration 20%, the dissolvent is diesel oil) , which can low pour point and viscosity of most crude oil. Nanyang crude oil is studied by using the seven kinds of EVA pour point depressant combination so that new combination pour point depressant XIN-1is invented.According to the basic physical property or Nanyang crude oil, this experiment also chooses three kinds of BEM pour point depressant including BEM-JN-2#, BEM-JN-6# and JN-8# (concentration 2%, the dissolvent is diesel oil) , which are used widely at home and abroad. In addition to, the experiment chooses some assistant dissolvent, such as diesel oil, white oil, toluene and xylene. According to combination result studied, it concludes that the combination of JN-8 # and toluene can improve the rheological property of oil well. At last, the new combination pour point depressant XIN-2 is invented .The two kinds of combinational pour point depressant (XIN-1 and XIN-2) can low pour point and viscosity better than the single pour point depressant. It studies the rule of effects of Nanyang crude oil treated by the two kinds of pour point depressant.For example, the rule for change of pour point, wax precipitation point, anomalistic point, viscosity, viscoelasticity, DSC and wax precipitation property of crude oil, after it is treated by pour point depressant.
