The main content of this study include two aspects:firstly, the recovery of Mo from waste catalyst of suspension bed hydrogenation. Secondly, the recovery of Ni from waste catalyst of suspension bed hydrogenation. For the recovery of Mo from waste catalyst of suspension bed hydrogenation, the processing of calcinations with addition of sodium carbonate-water leaching had been studied by uniform experimental design method. The results show that the leaching rate of Mo can at best come to 99.49% under the conditions that roasting temperature is 600℃,roasting time is 2 h,leaching temperature is 95℃,the liquid-solid ratio of leaching is 4:1,leaching time is 2.5 h. In the course of Mo precipitation, due to the relatively low concentration of Mo in the leaching solution, the precipitation rate of Mo is 91.33%.For the recovery of Ni from waste catalyst of suspension bed hydrogenation, the processing of sulfuric acid-water leaching had been studied by uniform experimental design method. The results show that the leaching rate of Ni can at best come to 99% under the conditions that leaching temperature is 95℃,leaching time is 2 h,the concentration of sulfuric acid is 40%,the liquid-solid ratio of leaching is 4:1. In the course of Ni precipitation, the precipitation rate of can come to 95% at the conditions that the temperature of precipitation is 50℃,the pH of the solution is about 9.0.
