This paper introduces a water-based drilling fluid can be used for the development and evaluation of treatment agent. The treatment agent can effectively block micro-cracks, maintaining wellbore stability. The subject of the treatment agent is an amphiphilic polymer, the polymer to styrene by emulsion polymerization, vinyl acetate monomer and from some other. Monomer by adjusting the ratio of the polymer, the film was well received, and the lower cost of emulsion polymers. Filtration through a microscope photos and the performance evaluation of the film-forming emulsion polymers and fluid loss of the spectra. Treatment agent to increase the ability to adapt to different fracture, this study also prepared two kinds of bridging agent, the components of collaboration and interaction between slurry particles can be formed in three-dimensional network structure within the mud, and then at a certain temperature and pressure film and hinder the further into the mud, effectively reducing the amount of fluid loss. Through the sand bed in the filter press type visual loss experiments, normal temperature and pressure and high temperature high pressure water loss experiment shows that the system temperature and aging, fluid loss effect is obvious.
