The reforming extraction oil usually contains small amount of olefins which has active chemical characters and easily brings about organic sediments. Such impurities may shorten the longevity of the particulate caclazyte and affect the quality of the monomer aromatic hydrocarbon products, which must be removed from the aromatic hydrocarbon in order to guarantee the quality and normal production of the chemical products.The particulate clay can adsorb the olefins contained in aromatic hydrocarbon to bring about alkylation reaction and polymerized to produce high-boiling-point compounds which can be removed in the distillation section and reach the purpose of decoloration and refining.However, the particulate clay is easy to inactivate, needs to be replaced frequently, has a low use ratio and may pollute the environment. If some special methods are used to regenerate the activation of inactivating particulate clay, the use ratio must be improved, and the production cost along with the environment pollution can be decreased as well.There is colloidal substance on the deactivation particle clay surface ,so we try to regenerte it by normal-pressure solvent desorption washing method,high-pressure solvent desorption washing method and charring oxidation method,then,choose the best method.In the end,we will make the industrial evaluation for regeneration particulate clay.After test found that inactivation particles clay can use solvent desorption washing method and charring oxidation method to regenerte, different regeneration regeneration methods will lead to different regeneration rate, the results show that the method of high-pressure solvent desorption washing method and charring oxidation method have better effects and deactivation particles can be recover to 70% the performance of the fresh particles clay. But high-pressure solvent desorption washing method cost a lot, charring oxidation method have better effects and low cost ,meanwhile, charring oxidation regeneration process is easier to achieve.In the normal-pressure solvent desorption washing method,the regeneration particulate clay which desorption washed by THF show the best regeneration result ,so does the mixed solution of THF and methylbenzene.The advantage of THF is it's low boiling point,that will be reduce the difficulty of retrieving solvent,but THF so expensive that will be increase regeneration cost.In the high-pressure solvent desorption washing method,the regeneration particulate clay which desorption washed by 95% ethanol show best regeneration result than absolute alcohol. Meanwhile,high-pressure solvent desorption washing method show best regeneration result than normal-pressure solvent desorption washing method,but, high-pressure solvent desorption washing method have higher cost than normal-pressure method.After using charring oxidation method to regenerate the activation of inactivating particulate clay,we fond that oxidation scorched temperature and time have important affect,and regeneration particle clay which oxidation scorched in the temperature of 700℃anfd one hour had best regeneration result, can consider to performanced in the industry.
