By-product of crude oil were produced during the recovery, the existence of aged product among those by-products could severely harm the environment, it could also bring difficulties in production management, component complex aging oil was produced in the course of the EOR. So cracking aged oil by using the catalyst was an effective and environmental friendly way to disposal waste, at the same time cost savings were oilfield, which was coordinative with the sustainable development strategy of the state. Based on the existing research, in this essay, this article used the method of catalytic cracking to optimize he condition of aged oil cracking, by analyzing the changes in catalytic pyrolysis gas yield, liquid oil yield and solid phases yield, I could verify how the type of catalyst, the amount, the particle size and the temperature and the reaction time, could affect the product. Researched and analysed the performance and character of the cleavage product and the composition, tested the diesel produced from cracking(with optimized catalyser)on a diesel engines.The results showed that, the second molecular sieve catalyst of Re2O3(misch metal) 5%; Re2O3 5%; Activated Carbon 30%; MgO 10%; SiO2 45%; K2 O 5%. The amount of usage was 0.4%, under a temperature of 460℃ and the reaction time of 120 min, with a particle size of 2 mm, the bio-fuel had a higher productivity and had a lower rate of residue and pyrolysis gas occurrence. The lysate and 0# diesel oil by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) and other instruments measured the aging oil breakdown producted with excellent performance, with a density and viscosity higher than the standard of 0# diesel, Thermal value reached 40 kJ/g; the split product had a certain fluidity under low temperature, the condensation point and cold filter plugging point, pour point, respectively 6℃ and 2℃.The lysate Application tractor engine power and economy of the verification results show, compared with the 0# diesel, the usage of catalytic pyrolysis products were relatively low, the usage of energy was relatively high and the torque was lower, but it was still a promising product with highly dynamic performance. By aging oil breakdown products and ethanol, diesel fuel mixture drawn LHY mixed fuel test results show that its LHY mixed fuel of low calorific value than 0# diesel oil was low, so LHY dynamic than 0# diesel fuel decreased; equivalents different fuels LHY fuel consumption rate was less than 0# diesel oil, it was a promising product with highly economic potential.
