Metal-organic framework materials (MOFs) consist of metal ions or metal clusters and organic ligands by coordination bond which can show a variety of different topology structure due to its composition metal ions (or metal clusters) or organic ligands. MOFs porous materials also have the characters of well stability and ordered structures, high suface areas and tailored properties, which make MOFs porous materials distinguish for the synthesis of excellent membranes. For instance, as a catalyst for easy separation, as the sensor easy to operate, as separating membrane can continuously put forward the advantages of isolates, and repeated utilization ratio is higher, more practical application value. In the last decade, MOF membranes gets more and more attention, and widely used in various fields, such as gas separation, catalyst, optical device, sensor and so on.The effect of different proportion of petroleum coke and graphite powder for the tubular carbon membranes substrate on its structure and properties were investigated. XRD,mercury porosimetry, resistance test, bending test, water flux test and N2 flux test were used to characterize the tubular carbon membranes. The results showed that the petroleum coke can increase the flexural strength of carbon membrane, graphite powder can improve the conductivity and porosity of carbon film. The most a few aperture size and a positive correlation relationship with N2 flux. The hot dip-coating secondary seeded growth method to fabricate Cu3(BTC)2 membranes on homemade NO. C1, C3 tubular carbon membranes substrate was proposed. The effect of synthesis Cu3(BTC)2 membranes by adding copper powder in tubular carbon membranes substrate was studied. The results showed that we has successfully fabricated Cu3(BTC)2 membranes. The thickness of Cu3(BTC)2 membranes is 15 μm.The gas flux test shows that the N2 flux obviously decreased 0.0124 mL/(N.s.).
