| Integrated piercing carbon-carbon composites is a new-type high temperature resistant material. Because of its favourable integral structure and high content of fiber, it is an excellent basic material for manufacturing high-performance structural material and thermal protection material. Now it is widely used in aerospace, chemical industry, automobile, medical treatment and other high technical areas.Because of the complex forming process of carbon fiber of 3-D fabric and high technical difficulty, half mechanization and half automation equipments dominate in the integrated piercing molding carbon fiber 3-D fabric wave machine in our country at present, some of which are even with manual operation. This thesis is based on studying the forming process of carbon fiber 3-D fabric integrated piercing, combining the feature of carbon fiber 3-D fabric. We developed on the laminated weaving carbon cloth integrated piercing machine and do some related work.According to the existing technology in our country, the integrated piercing machine employing hydraulic transmission exists the defect that the repeat location accuracy is affected by the oil temperature. The integrated piercing machine this thesis developed is driven by motors, which is designed on piercing and compacting mechanism, transmission mechanism and operating platform. This piercing machine is composed with a X/Y/Z operating platform with precise repeat location accuracy and a piercing template which adopts crankshaft mechanism for transmission, achieving the function of integrated piercing and pressurizing. For the main structure, we use ANSYS for the finite element analysis, and build a mathematical model to analyze the piercing speed.We use analytical method to build a mathematical model for the piercing mechanism to get the kinematical analysis, and make simulation and analysis for the integrated piercing model via ADAMS to achieve the curve of the piercing mechanism’s displacement, speed and accelerated speed to verify the feasibility of the theoretical analysis.According to the experimental prototype, an integrated piercing and pressurizing experiment is conducted and the result shows that the piercing device is feasible on principle and reliable on operation. Through the experiment with the relation between the integrated piercing speed and the strain of the steel needle, it is proved the strain situation in the piercing process between the same piercing speed with different carbon covers piercing and the different piercing speed with same carbon covers piercing. Via the data analysis, we got the best piercing speed at the different laminated weaving carbon cloth covers piercing. |
