Titanate is a well catalysis because of its low cost and stable, however, the utilization of solar light is low and the electron and hole are easy to recombination limited its application. If you want to broaden its application scope, must think of some way to overcome these shortcomings. So, we build a heterostructure to improve absorption in visible light or enhance the separation of electrons and holes. This kind of catalyst has high catalytic activity and stability in the photocatalytic field. The article main content as follow:1. Through sequential two-step method to synthesis hierarchical hollow TiO2/FeTiO3 heterostructure. In the first solvothermal reaction process, titanium glycerolate(Ti-Gly) was formed. In the following solvothermal process, with the addition of iron salt, further solvothermal reaction led to the formation of Ti-Gly-Fe by a Ostwald ripening process. Finally, the hierarchical hollow sphere precursors were formed. After calcination, these precursors changed into TiO2/FeTiO3 composites without changing the hierarchical hollow sphere structure. Changing the molar ratio of Ti and Fe, the different component of TiO2/FeTiO3 can also be obtained and disclose the mechanism of the hierarchical TiO2/FeTiO3 hollow spheres the SEM images of theTiO2/FeTiO3 precursors obtained at different reaction time. After this can select the best catalysis to water splitting genarate O2 and degradation 2,4-dichlorophenol.2. The porous microspheres TiO2/SrTiO3 composite was synthesized by sequential twp step solvethermal. We add strontium nitrate to the preparation system of Ti-Gly to obtain Ti-Gly-Sr precursor. This method not only can adjust the molar ratio Ti and Sr to obtain different composite but also adjust the solvent of the second step to gain different morphology composite in second solvethermal reaction and then improve the photocatalytic activity.3. On the basis of the synthetic method of porous microspheres TiO2/SrTiO3 composite has been obtained and then take H2-treatment to obtain hydrogenated TiO2/SrTiO3(H-TiO2/SrTiO3) composite. To explore the content of Ti3+ influence on the activity of catalyst, we change the temperature and time of H2-treatment. The appropriate amount of oxygen vacancies and Ti3+ can improve light catalytic reaction, not only can contribute to the separation of electron and hole can also increase the absorption of visible light and have a highly efficient activity of hydrogen production.
