In order to expand the industrial application of the membrane process, new technologies and new methods for fabricating functional membranes and for realizing versatile membranes are a research focus in membrane materials field. Poly (vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) is one of the commonly used in the membrane material. It has very strong aging resistance, weather resistance, ultraviolet radiation resistance and good chemical stability, which will not be corrosion by strong acid, strong alkali or strong oxidizing agents. However, PVDF membrane is highly susceptible to the influence of protein because of the low surface energy and the nature of the strong hydrophobicity, which plugs membrane pore and reduce the separation efficiency and effect of membrane. These disadvantages limit the application of PVDF membrane in the field of food, biological, pharmaceutical, etc.In this research, I was prepared environmental sensitive poly (vinylidene difluoride) (PVDF) membrane by simultaneous interpenetrating polymer networks (IPN) including pH response PVDF/PAA semi-interpenetrating network membrane (semi-IPN), temperature response PVDF/PNIPAM semi-interpenetrating network membrane(semi-IPN), temperature and pH response PVDF membrane interpenetrating network (IPN), This modification method enhance the compatibility of each composition, which makes the composition not easy to drain and has stable performance. And furthermore, the preparation method is simple and easy industrialization.The obtain response of membrane by IPN technology by ATR-FTIR> XRD.. TG test can be seen that environmental responsive polymer successfully implant in the PVDF membrane; SEM pictures show the membranes present asymmetric membrane structure, which from top to bottom in turn is dense layer, finger holes layer and dense layer; The PVDF membrane which introduction of environmental responsive polymers and F127 with amphipathic nature through contact Angle and porosity test found that the hydrophilic improved obviously as well as the pollution resistance; The water flux has intelligent response, which changes with the change of environment conditions. In addition, the obtain membrane both can achieve large flux, and high rejection rate.
