With the development of mining method, the output of mining company had continually made new record. At the same time, this cause the suddenly reduce of mineral resources which hidden in low earth. Therefore, lots of mining company gradually turn to deep mining. At the same time, along with the ore body occurrence condition got more and more complex, ground pressure sharply increased, got more incompetent bed, more and more solid waste etc. problems. Those problems did difficult to mine, also cause a series of safety trouble which hidden in production. Cemented filling mining method was popularized in a large scale among the mining company, due to its higher safety level. To compare with other non-cemented mining method, cemented filling has the advantage of higher strength and better support effects to room. In recent years, more and more scholar gets more in-depth knowledge to cemented filling mechanics. The mainstream of mining company is take use of tailings, barren rock and any other solid waste as aggregate. However, the tailings own different physical property which from different mining company, so, the filling body which made by different tailings own different mechanics. Therefore, it is necessary to study in the influence factors to filling body’s strength, the parameters of filling mechanics and constitutive relation of filling body, which according to the coarse aggregate property.The paper takes use of sized tailings, which from Da Hong Shan copper mine Yu Xi Mining Company Co., Ltd. According to the different matching, we design 51 groups sized tailings cemented filling’s strength experiment, stress-strain experiment, elasticity modulus tested_experiment, Poisson’s ratio. Do analysis to the influence factors to sized tailings cemented filling’s strength, stress-strain, elasticity modulus, Poisson’s ratio, and summarize its regular. Came up with predictive equation of elasticity modulus, combine the correlation theory damage-mechanics, and come up with the constitutive equation of sized tailings cemented filling. Do the numerical simulation to sized tailings cemented filling which under the condition of uniaxial compression, and study the internal development process of damage.Study shows that:(1) The strength of sized tailings cemented filling shows positive correlation to added quantity of concrete, concentration of solution, curing time. The strength in early stage of sized tailings cemented filling has a lower value; strength of 7 day only has 20%~30% of 60-day strength;(2) Sized tailings cemented filling has a lower value of elasticity modulus; extremum of elasticity modulus was only one GPa, which far below the value of rock and concrete. This value as the same with pressure, it is positive correlation to added quantity of concrete, concentration of solution, curing time. The Poisson’s ratio of sized tailings cemented filling was higher, the maximum value was 0.3842, and this vale shows that the sized tailings cemented filling was a low strength, high strain materials;(3) After the study of experiment result of sized tailings cemented filling mechanics, came up with the constitutive equation. This equation shows the law of sized tailings cemented filling’s stress-strain. Do analysis of regression of experiment result of sized tailings cemented filling, got its elasticity modulus prediction equation. This equation can be used to reference value of engineering mechanics.
