Perfluorinated compound is a synthetic industrial compounds. Because of its unique hydrophobic oleophobic property, it is widely used in industrial fields. However, these compounds have proven to be a new kind of persistent organic pollutants, it is difficult to degrade in the environment, bioaccumulative and toxic to organisms with multiple organ. Due to extensive use over the past few decades, it has reached a relative high level that the content of perfluorinated compounds in the global environment. Perfluorinated compounds were detected in the global body of water, environmental media and wildlife.China is a big country of textiles trade, textile exports has played an important role in China’s export trade. Perfluorinated compounds are still used in the China’s textile production process. But perfluorinated compounds are detected in around the world,every country in the world has began to perfluoro cmbined use of the substance to be limiting. Which is bound to cause some impact on China’s textile exports. Domestic enterprises is an urgent need to find an environmentally friendly alternative to replace the perfluorinated compounds, but the study of alternatives so far been no major breakthrough, so the establishment of a more comprehensive textile perfluorinated compound detection methods, to our water and oil repellent textiles for detecting perfluorinated compounds, to establish textiles perfluorinated substances of high concern export risk assessment is very important.In this paper, based on the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry established a method to detect perfluorinated in textiles. Comparison of microwave extraction, accelerated solvent extraction and ultrasonic extraction three methods for extracting perfluorinated compounds, and ultimately determine methanol as solvent, into the ultrasound room 60 minutes before treatment. The method of 16 kinds of perfluorinated compounds in the blank matrix spiked recoveries were 95.3% ~ 102.9%, the RSD is less than 7.2%, the detection limit was 0.21 ~ 1.53μg / m2. Random sampling of 100 samples tested, 34 samples perfluorinated compounds detected, mainly in the chemical fiber and textiles highest detection rate(detection rate of 47%); followed by textiles and cotton blended textiles, detection 19%; wool, linen, silk thick were not detected. The positive samples were substantially contain a variety of perfluorinated compounds, and to C4 ~ C9 based.
