Pipeline transportation is one of the most important ways to transport mineral resources, while the reciprocating high-pressure piston diaphragm pump (abbreviation:diaphragm pump) is the core part of the pipeline agency. Hence, it is necessary to be real-time monitored and maintained. The check valve in diaphragm pump belongs to consumable component, and it is the first part to be damaged. In order to prevent the check valve leading to the damage of the pump body, it is necessary to be real-time monitored. In this paper, the vibration signal detection technology is used to collect the vibration signal of the check valve in the whole process and analyze the vibration signal for the purpose of fault recognition. Aiming at the disadvantages of the site conditions complex to lay the cable and the cable signal acquisition mode poor mobility, this paper designs and implements a wireless vibration signal acquisition and monitoring system which is based on STM32F107VCT6 and nRF24L01. Meanwhile, the actual plant conditions are not suitable for human long-term monitoring the equipment. Therefore, the collected data is transmitted to servers via Ethernet ways to implement the remote real-time monitoring of check valve. The main contents and research achievements of this paper are as follows:1) This system can achieve multi-channel parallel real-time signal acquisition and high-speed transmission. Vibration signal acquisition is mainly composed of analog signal acquisition module, data wireless sending and receiving module and the core control module, etc. The design of the core control module includes the gain control of the signal amplifying circuit and the control of the D/A conversion and FIFO buffer chip clock control. In this paper, high pertinence and transmission speed and accurate data transmission are considered to improve the system monitoring performance.2) In this paper, drives are designed by modular thoughts based on the vibration signal acquisition hardware circuit functional requirements. The vibration control signal acquisition and USB2.0 interface data transmission and wireless data transceiver and Ethernet data sending are implemented. The vibration signal will be collected by hardware circuit under the driving of the drivers.3) In this paper, the vibration signals were collected by SVD decomposition algorithm and feature extraction, then check valve fault signal is identified by using the BP neural network algorithm. In order to improve the PC monitoring software of the data processing ability and the visual results, PC monitoring software is designed by using LABVIEW and MATLAB hybrid programming. The PC software can deal with the collected data and analysis and display the results and it can be used to fault warning and save the operations results. The whole system can implement real-time monitoring of remote diaphragm in a diaphragm pump without disturbing the operation.In this paper, the diaphragm pump check valve vibration signal acquisition monitoring system development is designed and implemented and tested its system in a real environment. And its good system performance is proved to monitor the diaphragm failure better than before. In this paper, the diaphragm pump check valve vibration signal acquisition monitoring and analysis are completed. Finally, the summary based on the whole work is given and the follow-up to this design are discussed.
