For most of the metal material corrosion, wear, fatigue failure are originated from the surface of the material, in this dissertation, a new type of machine which can make material surface layer nanometer by using high-energy particle bombardment method were introduced. The surface properties of metal materials are greatly improved under the condition of the basic performance of the same material.At the beginning, in order to improve the efficiency, reduce the cost and disseminate the surface crystallization technology, this dissertation researched how to make the material surface layer nanometer. This dissertation also researched the equipments of surface crystallization which were widely used in the market. High-energy Pill grain flow Bombardment in the metal surface by using centrifugal acceleration method. The overall scheme design was completed in the end.Then, the major structure and projectile conveyer were designed. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the structures of the impeller head, feeding mechanism, work box and fixture were designed. The movement of the projectile in the impeller was analyzed. Kinematics simulation of pill particle in the impeller was completed. Then controllable hopper and electromagnetic vibration hopper were designed, they can control projectile flow with high stability.Finally, after obtaining the surface crystallization of the stainless steel, pure aluminium and pure copper, the analysis of their microhardness, roughness and tensile test were completed. The surface properties of metal materials were greatly improve after obtaining the surface crystallizatio.
