The Chabamide amide alkaloids, as a natural amide dimer molecule product, were seoarated from the root of black pepper. Studies have shown that the active molecule natural product has good anti-tumor activity and inhibition of central nervous system stimulant.So the asymmetric synthesisof Chabamide has important significance in the field of asymmetric synthesis and development of pharmaceuticals.In the construction of the C-C bonds, Michael addition reaction is an important synthesis method. Asymmetric Michael addition reaction can be used to build many natural organic molecules and intermediates as well as drug molecules which contain one or more chiral center.Asymmetric Michael addition reaction has many advantages, such as mild reaction conditions, the reaction process usually more efficient and simple, high selectivity. Thus, the asymmetric Michael addition reaction has now developed into one of the most effective methods to build a C-C bond.In this paper, the first chapter was reviewed the statements of the asymmetric Michael addition reaction, and research Chabamide amide alkaloids. Then the asymmetric Michael addition reaction which was catalyzed by organic small molecules to construct the chiral six-membered ring in the natural product molecule was introduced.Three different catalytic modes were used on the process of constructing chiral six-membered ring, The first one is based on hydrogen bonding of the cinchona alkaloids-thiourea catalysis.The second is based enamine of the cinchona alkaloids-primary amine catalysts and the last is based on L-proline-silicon ether catalyzed.We were completed the synthesis of substrates and some catalytic asymmetric synthesis. Finally got the chiral six-membered ring (16’、18 and 24), which is an important intermediate of Chabamide. We were laid the foundation for the asymmetric synthesis of Chabamide amide alkaloids,and also provides the basis for analogues compounds,which were potential drug molecules.
