Coal is the main primary energy in china, the pyrolysis of coal is the foundation of the subsequent development of coal combustion, gasification, etc.Meanwhile, low volatile coal used for power generation has a large proportion in china, the study of coal pyrolysis, especially for the pyrolysis characteristics of the low volatile coal is important to the High Efficiency and Clean Coal-fired Technology of low volatile coal. This paper makes a test research with the five typical low volatile coals (Jiaozuo,Jincheng,Lonayan,Yangquan,Hebi, etc) by using the TG-FTIR,mainly makes quantitative analysis on the CO, CO2, CH4 and NH3,it supplies experimental reference for further study of pyrolysis characteristics of chinese low volatile coal.Firstly this paper completes the calibration of the FTIR quantitative analysis. The calibration gases contain CH4, CO, CO2, NH3,etc. The calibration process includes the selection of the concentration point of the calibration gas,the calculation of gas preparation, the collection of standard spectrum, the establishment of quantitative analysis method.Secondly this paper studies the kinetics parameters of different coal at different heating rate(20℃/min,40℃/min,80℃/min).By the fitting of the experimental results, the active energy and pre exponential factor in three pyrolysis temperature ranges of different coal at 20℃/min,40℃/min,80℃/min are got,and the kinetics mechanisms are built.Meanwhile, this paper makes qualitative analysis on the pyrolysis product kinds by FTIR.Then using the calibration result, the paper makes quantitative analysis on the main pyrolysis products, the paper makes comprasion of the pyrolysis release characteristic of CH4,CO,CO2,NH3 of each coal at different heating rate and different coal at same heating rate.
