In anoxic conditions, DNPAOs can take nitrate as electron acceptor, simultaneous denitrifying and excessive absorpting phosphorus. From the microbiological view ,it is able to filter out the DNPAOs, and inoculated into the the treatment process of sewage treatment plant will greatly improve the effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal. In this study, from using traditional flat-panel separation technology, 3 high-performance DNPAOs were isolated from printing and dyeing wastewater, which can be able to adapt to the high pH, were identified separately for Klebsiella, Enterobacter, Streptococcus. From the six aspects of culture time, inoculum, liquid volume, shaker rotary rate, temperature and pH, the 3 strains were studied about them growth characteristics, and measured the effects of denitrification and phosphorus removal in that factors.DNPAOs were inoculated into the synthetic wastewater of reactor ,at the best growth conditions under anoxic and anoxic / oxic. To make comparison of nitrogen and phosphorus removal after 48 hours, the results showed that the latter's removal of nitrogen and phosphorus has a greater degree of improve.
