Phosphazenes which contain the—P=N—unit repeating in backbone are quite well known as one of the important kinds of inorganic-organic polymers. Hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene is one of the most basic compounds in phosphazene family and is used for different purposes.Hexabromocyclotriphosphazene as a intermediates of phosphazene has been used far and wide in fine chemicals and pharmaceutical field.Hexabromocyclotriphosphazene has both the stability and the activity as the structure.For the atomic radius of bromine atom is bigger than chlorine atom,greater the role of spatial exclusion,and weaker negative electricity.Thus,it is very important to study how nucleophiles attack P-Cl and P-Br bond.Firstly, in this paper, an improved method of exploratory synthesis experiments of hexabromocyclotr-iphosphazene is reported. By improving the synthesis method, including catalyst, reaction time, reaction temperature, solvents, separation and purification means,the original synthetic method is improved. The hexabromocyclotriphosphazene is characterized by TG/DTA,FTIR,31PNMR and X-ray diffraction analysis. Compared with the traditional method,this method has not only a shorter reaction time,higher yield,but also a simple operation, and fitting industrial production.Secondly, synthesize hexabromo-cyclotriphosphazene by the microwave irradiation technology,and improve synthetic method by changing the reaction condiction such as catalyst, reaction time, heating power and reaction temperature. This method can significantly shorten the reaction time, lower energy consumption, and get a result of more pure product,the yield increased to 50%. The hexabromocyclotriphosphazene was characterized by TG/DTA, FTIR and X-ray diffraction analysis.Finally,make a research of the hexabromocyclotriphosphazene's derivatives.Compared with the hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene's derivatives,the experimental results show that nucleophilic substitution reaction happened between hexabromocyclotriphosphazene and o-phenylenediamine is more easier.
