| Synchronous and vertical abrasion in the technology of diamond drill is infrequently reported, after theoretical analysis and actual drilling, a conclusion can be described:the more in the synchronous and vertical abrasion, the better performance of the diamond drill. The article used the method of composite plating to product thin-walled diamond drill. After orthogonal experiment, this article discuss the impact factors of composite plating technology, the factors include current density, temperature,pH value, times of embedding, additive. Use analysis of polarization to get the best level of five factors. Based on the best level of five factors, the follow article discuss the three other factors about numbers of embedding, arrangement of anode plates, wall thickness of matrix. Used the main way of broach to evaluate the different processes. Compared the composite plating with camera; used the micrometer to test the length of synchronous and vertical abrasion; using Metallurgical Microscope to observe the structure of the composite plating; using Scanning Electron Microscope to observe the vertical surface of the composite plating. There are some relationship about morphology, structure and wear resistance of the composite plating. Too long or short of burying time could be decrease the performance of composite coating. Two factors about numbers of embedding and thickness of matrix are all more important than other factors in synchronous and vertical abrasion. With the increasing of numbers of embedding, the life of the diamond drill is increased, and the quantitative of the synchronous and vertical abrasion makes the same change; With the increasing of wall thickness of matrix, the life of the diamond drill increased first, and reduced letter, and the quantitative of the synchronous and vertical abrasion makes the same change. A conclusion can be found: under specific controlling, synchronous and vertical abrasion can be found, and the life of diamond drill can be extended. The technology of composite plating can be improved and optimized... |
